Pavement Condition Report
When one of Pavement Engineering’s professional engineers visually assesses the condition of any asphalt or concrete pavement, we issue a Pavement Condition Report (PCR) in a letter format detailing our observations and the necessary maintenance and rehabilitation services required to restore or improve the surface. The report includes all of the following and any other factor not listed that may impact pavement performance:
