Pavement Maintenance Contract Documents
Pavement Maintenance Contract Documents allow a facility owner to bid on routine maintenance work such as dig-outs, minor concrete repairs, seal costs, and paint marking on existing pavement. Pavement Engineering marks the dig-outs and concrete repairs in the field and provides a site sketch or plan that indicates where and what types of repairs are proposed, including all the technical specifications. We also include a contractor’s list and a worksheet for scheduling and phasing requirements that the owner or representative can complete. The owner then adds standard contract provisions such as insurance and payment requirements.
