PEI’s Pavement Management System (PMS) team assists clients with their pavement management needs. For our public work’s clients, we can update existing PMS programs or develop new ones. For private-industry clients, PEI can organize and customize the entire pavement maintenance and rehabilitation requirements for large multiple parking lot facilities. PEI’s system corresponds to the specific operational needs of each client on a site-by-site basis.
We prioritize and project preventative repairs according to size, condition, and maintenance requirements, and can provide spreadsheet reports sorted by different criteria such as facility number, management group, work type, work priority, cost, etc. As a result, owners and managers can perform and budget preventative maintenance work according to priority for an entire company on an annual basis.
